Planning Your Indian Wedding in Cabo - Love and Sunsets
Are you planning an Indian destination wedding in Cabo? OMG You're in the right place. If you're dreaming of a unforgettable beachside mandap, a colorful baraat with pleanty of ocean views, or a multi-day celebration blending Indian traditions with luxury resorts and amazing food —Cabo has everything for you to have your dream wedding.

As a destination wedding photographer based in Mexico and experienced in capturing multi-day Indian weddings, I wanted to make a complete guide to planning an Indian wedding in Los Cabos with some tips.
Why Choose Wedding in Cabo?
Los Cabos is the perfect location for couples looking to have both tradition and tropical luxury. Here's why:
- Breathtaking Venues: From ceremony to sangeet to post-wedding brunch, Cabo’s venues are built for multi-day weddings with a lot of space, style, and most importantly the breathtaking views.
- Easy Travel from the U.S.: Direct flights from most cities like Los Angeles, Houston, and New York, which makes it easier for your guests as friends and family to arrive.
- Luxury Resorts That Understand Indian Weddings: For example many Cabo resorts have experience hosting Indian weddings and can cater to traditional ceremonies like the mehndi, sangeet, haldi, and the wedding day itself.
- The Views: Crashing waves as your ceremony backdrop, golden sunsets that Cabo is famous for—In fact some of the most beautiful in all of Mexico.
Tips for a Smooth Indian Wedding in Cabo
- Hire Vendors with Indian Wedding Experience
From planners to photographers (hi!), having a team that understands the flow, rituals, and pace of Indian weddings will save you a lot of time. - Hire an Experienced Destination Wedding Planner
This might help for things like sourcing a priest, coordinating multiple events, and arranging for Indian catering or decor. - Consider a Multi-Day Photography Package
Indian weddings are rich in emotion, color, and tradition. Also make sure your photographer offers full coverage—from the mehndi to the final —to capture all of it.

Best Time of Year for a Cabo Indian Wedding
Cabo is usually very nice the whole year, but my favorite months are November to May. This will bring sunny skies and warm breezes. I would personally try to avoid August and September, because of the hurricane season.
Top Wedding Venues in Cabo for Indian Weddings
Here are some of my favorite venues that offer world-class service, privacy, and the space needed for your dream celebration:
1. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos
2. Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal
